These workpieces are continuously passed through the entering chamber, the shot blasting chamber and the cleaning chamber on a special conveyor roller table.Q69 shot blasting machine consists of automatic load and unloading system (Optional), roller conveyor system (Input roller, output roller and inside roller), blasting chamber (chamber frame, protection linear, shot blasting turbines, abrasive supply device), abrasive circulation system (Separator, bucket elevator, screw conveyor), abrasive collection unit (Customized), dust collection system and electric control system.Roller shot blasting machine can clean steel plate, can customize reasonable equipment size according to customer's demand.Features:1.The whole roller conveyor system speed is adjusted by frequency converter. The whole system not only can be operatedsynchronously, but also every part can move separately. It can rotate forward and backward.2. Rollers in blasting chamber are protected by special material jacket to prevent abrasive blasting.3. Abrasive cleaning(patent)First step cleaning:plough shape scraper,polyurethane material ,three layers ladder-like distribution,high efficiency.Second step blow:high pressure blower will blow off abrasive and dust,Reserved compressed air additional blow pipeline isreserved.4. We adopt the most advanced adjustable full curtain & multistage winnowing separator. Special Polyester wire core is used for elevator driving belt, Elevator driving wheel use mouse cage structure, preventing driving belt skidding. There are abrasive control device and replenish abrasive device. Every driving point has one alarm device.5. This machine use inertia settlement chamber plus pulse reverse blow bag type dust collector. Dust concentration ofexhausted air is less than 80mg/m3.6.
